The location is excellent: a 10-minute drive from La 70, close to restaurants, small shops, Los Molinos Shopping Center, and Belén Park. It is a very pleasant neighborhood for walking. The internet was a 10/10, which was essential for me because I work remotely and have Zoom meetings. The apartment is very well equipped, and both the bed mattress and the sofa bed were spectacular—we slept wonderfully! I loved the natural light, the large soundproof windows, and the spacious bathroom with an amazing shower. Alejandro was very kind and attentive, and he was always checking in on us. Our experience was spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As constructive suggestions, I would add a small splash guard or divider in the shower to prevent water from spilling into the toilet area. It would also be ideal to include a folding table with two or three chairs so guests can have breakfast or eat comfortably, since that was the only thing we missed a little and we ended up eating in bed or on the floor. Finally, perhaps the desk chair could be reviewed to make the workspace even more comfortable. These are small details that, in my opinion, would make the accommodation even more perfect. You’ll be less than a 10-minute walk (or a 3-minute drive) from the dining area on 70th Street, and about 12 minutes from Laureles’ First Park or Avenida Jardín. You’ll have easy access to restaurants, cafés, transportation, and nightlife.
