“Public review: We were among the first few guests in this new apartment and ran into some issues. Frank and his team were super responsive in hearing and addressing our concerns. We'd give them ten stars if we could, and we'll look for their units first next time we come to Medellin! A couple of things to know about the unit: The apartment is on a busy corner and a good part of the wall facing the street is slats which can't be closed, so it can get noisy. Also, only the bedrooms have AC and the common areas can get a bit warm. These aren't show stoppers unless you need to work in the apartment.
