“Public review: This is a special place. Fantastic neighborhood with everything nearby. Very different from high pace, dense neighborhoods like El Poblado. It is quiet, quaint and safe. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Communication was quick when needed. The view is spectacular. Not much to critique honestly, except that we believe there could be a few additions that would make this place even better, such as more furniture on the balcony so that more than one person can enjoy the view without having to take out the indoor furniture or just a few more things in the kitchen that would help accommodate larger groups staying for longer periods such as ours. But these are just recommendations. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Private feedback: Hi Frank, Thanks for having our group. We enjoyed our stay and the area very much. We do have some recommendations and information to share. During our stay there was a persistent smell in the main bathroom that you might want to investigate. As far as recommendations, it would be great for you to consider some more patio/balcony furniture. The view is great but there is only that awkward chair available. Another recommendation would be more supplies in the kitchen, such as more towels, a bigger trash can, some basic cooking supplies which are commonly provided like sugar, oil, salt, etc. It would also have been really great to have a toaster of any size. Also, one of our biggest issues was with water. We really wanted to by a large botellon from one of the stores nearby but they said no because we did not have an empty one to give to them. It would be great if you could provide at least an empty one to guests so they don't have to constantly buy smaller containers of water. Thanks!”
