A five minute walk from the second park of Laureles and the gourmet street with all the best restaurants. Supermarkets, gym, and much more close by. The area is flat, so it's easy to walk around. It is also worth mentioning that, Laureles, where the apartment is located, was named the coolest neighborhood in the world by timeout magazine in 2023. This is because of the friendly people, the walk-ability, the access to cafes, co-working, nightlife, and international restaurants with food from Colombia Peruvian, Argentine, Asian etc. All located less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. No parties or smoking.
