We stayed at Frank’s place for 5 nights and had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very walkable and we always felt safe. The metro is about a 15 minute walk through mostly quiet streets. There are so many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk that there is no way to try them all. The street is generally quiet but if you are a light sleeper, you will hear little street noise and some noise from the restaurant across the street. I had one question during our stay and Frank’s team was very quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Medellin.

I highly recommend this newly renovated two bed apartment on the third floor of a small quiet apartment building in Laureles. Bright with tree views from the balconies to the front in a residential area. Walking distance to central Laureles with all its restaurants, bars and grocery stores. What I loved most was that all furnishings and appliances are very stylish and brand new, especially found the AC in the living area and bedrooms refreshing. Kitchen is very well equipped and extremely functional for entertaining. Check in was easy with a four digit code for the front door and apartment. Lift is great although it’s only two floors up so can walk.
Only note to point out is the restaurant opposite can be lively some evenings especially when Colombia is playing in the World Cup, which adds to the atmosphere of Medellin, but those who are light sleepers may want to be aware
You won’t regret staying here, honestly I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best!

The master shower glass door doesn’t stay shut when having a shower, needs a rubber seal or something?
Maybe some small bar stools?
Wooden hangers are preferred than metal but maybe that’s just me? Haha
Also maybe a drying rack next to the washing machine?
