The location is great, right in the middle of everything in Laureles. There are several restaurants and bars nearby, a large pharmacy on the corner for any necessities, and many other types of businesses close by. There was a little street noise, but nothing too bad. The air conditioning was very welcome and worked well. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We had a couple of less-than-pleasant encounters with the security staff, but everything else was perfect, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Our stay at Frank’s place was great. The apartment is beautiful and a perfect size for 2 people. It’s nicely located with parks and many restaurants and stores at walking distance.
They are very responsive, which makes checking in and out go smoothly.
Hope his place is available when we go visit Medellin again.

Hey guys. Thanks for a lovely stay at your place. We had a great time.
Not a complaint, just a friendly suggestion… when we arrived there were some dead flies on the floor and one on the bed. I don’t know, maybe the windows were open while the apartment was being cleaned and when they were closed the flies died. It’s not a big deal to us.
We just decided not to open the windows at all to avoid trapping more flies again. Maybe a solution for guests who like to have windows open, would be installing retractable nets against insects (I don’t even know if that really exists though haha). Just wanted to mention it to you because future guests might go crazy if they find a dead fly under the pillow 😅
