9th floor apartment, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Medellin. Building has 24-hour concierge, café, co-working space, and several restaurants. Building has a shared roof top terrace and gym. There is also restaurants in the building (on the first floor), as well as a co-working space (at an additional fee) on the 3rd floor. Only small to medium sized pets allowed per the building regulations. Sofa bed dimensions: 1.32 cm wide x 1.80 cm long.
