The level of attention and responsiveness is extraordinary. One night we asked about an ironing board and the next day they brought it to our door.
The apartment is extremely comfortable for the two couples who stayed. It’s identical to the posted photos and has all the basic necessities, including the thoughtful touch of a welcome gift with a personalized note that was a pleasant surprise. The building is located in one of the best and most convenient areas of Laureles. There is a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping centers with very easy access. It’s a very quiet and safe area for walking. The condominium has 24/7 security guard service, and all the staff were always very kind.”
“I brought my Friend for the 1st time to Colombia and he loved it! We walked around Airbnb and there were alot of restaurants near by! We walked to the mall every day “ Unicentro” one of my favorite places to exchange dollars to COP . There is a great Italian Restaurant called “ Parmessano” highly recommended it if you like italian food. Thanks for letting me stay! The place is very comfortable!!! 5 star forsure!!!!! “The place is incredible!! Comfortable and perfect for 4 people.
It has all the spaces well set up, just like the photos! I thought the attention from Frank and the co-hosts was amazing—I had the chance to meet them in person while they were getting everything ready for our arrival. We had an issue at the airport and with the check-in time, and Frank helped us! It was a pleasant stay; there isn’t much noise, so it’s a great option if you’re looking for fun at night or during the day but want to come back and rest—unlike El Poblado, where even if you find a good place there’s always noise. The person at the front desk downstairs was very friendly; we placed several orders at night/early morning and they were always attentive. It’s a very safe area and close by if you’re looking for restaurants, concerts (near the stadium). Best of all, inside the complex on the first floor there’s a café, which surprised me, and we could have coffee at any time or just go down to buy breakfast without having to go out or order delivery!”
