“I have been to Medellin several times and I can’t say enough about this place…it was the perfect location, spotless, comfortable and the management team responded quickly whenever I had a question. The kitchen is fully equipped too so you don’t need to go out for all your meals and there are several grocery stores minutes from the front door. I highly recommend this space and the location. Laureles is just the right balance of peaceful and residential yet you can walk to anything you want. And there is even a lovely cafe at the base of the building. You will not be disappointed and I will definitely be staying here when I return.”

“This was an excellent place to stay. The Laureles neighborhood is clean, extremely safe, walkable, quiet and has excellent restaurants and parks. We loved the neighborhood. The building has 24 hour security who helped us with late check in. The apartment has great natural light, very comfortable beds, lots of space, was very clean and the perfect location for working remotely - loved having the working space from the desk in the primary bedroom and the dining table in the living area. The hosts were responsive within seconds of any question we had and were very kind to provide recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants where we could grab a quick bite before an early morning tour.
Would absolutely stay again in this apartment or any of their other properties. Thank you!”

“I was travelling with family and everybody in the US suggested that I stay in Poblano but, I am so happy that we stayed in the Laurels. The place is protected 24/7 by a security guard, is perfectly located in the heart of a a quaint, clean, tree-lined neighborhood that was very walkable, had lots of restaurant options, and in which we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. Frank is an amazing host, always responsive, providing local suggestions, and proactively solving any and all problems. We took a day trip to Guatape and took towels for a boat ride on the reservoir. Frank asked my permission to access the apartment while we were away. I consented and returned to the apartment to find extra towels and a new sofa bed replacing the sofa because he knew one of my adult sons was sleeping on the sofa. 5 stars all day!”
