It offers high-speed 500 Mbps internet, four 65-inch TV in each bedroom and in the living room, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, as well as desks in every bedroom, making it ideal for both relaxing and working. A five minute walk from the second park of Laureles. Supermarkets, gym, and much more close by. The area is flat, so it's easy to walk around. It is also worth mentioning that, Laureles, where the apartment is located, was named the coolest neighborhood in the world by timeout magazine in 2023. This is because of the friendly people, the walk-ability, the access to cafes, co-working, nightlife, and international restaurants with food from Colombia Peruvian, Argentine, Asian etc. All located less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. No parties or smoking.

The support team was always available and attentive to what we needed. We had a minor issue with the water heater that was resolved with care. I loved having the church right in front.”
