“They think of things that you won't think of. Like having a water tank on the roof in case all of Laureles loses water. It doesn't happen often but it did while I was there and we still had uninterrupted water. Had a hiccup with something and they responded within a few minutes and solved it right away. I met their staff as well and they are fantastic hosts. It might cost a tad more but after staying at cheap Airbnbs in Medellin during my 4 previous trips, I learned my lesson about cheap airbnbs. Better to spend a few extra dollars and get 1st class service and a pristine Airbnb. They take care of everything. It's significantly more quiet here too. Aside from being a quiet neighborhood it's high up off the ground and the windows and walls seem more soundproof than the cheap places. Perfect airbnb, not just 5 stars.”
