Zone between Laureles–Estadio and Belén along Calle 34: mostly residential with cafes, convenience stores and small supermarkets nearby. Close to Segundo Parque de Laureles, commercial corridors on Calle 33/35 and Parque de Belén. Quiet daytime streets; easy access to restaurants, bakeries and small shops within a few blocks. The Laureles area is walkable for cafes restaurants groceries and local shops. Taxis and app based rides are easy to get. Guests can use nearby buses and reach Metro Line A by a short taxi or bus ride through the Estadio or nearby metro area.

“Public review: Great location. Very great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very close and walkable. Home is very clean and spacious. if you have any questions the host are able to respond within minutes if not seconds. They are very responsive and helpful. Recommend staying with host always! “Public review: I felt very comfortable in the apartment; it’s very well equipped. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and always willing to help. The area is walkable and quiet, with restaurants, pharmacies, and banks just a few meters away. Nice view from the window, air conditioning, and very safe! Private feedback: Frank and the co-hosts were excellent. I rented on two occasions in different apartments and they were always very kind, flexible with the check-in time, and available to answer any questions. I recommend them and would stay with them again.”
