“Overall, the place was exactly as described. We had a small issue with the hot water at first, but it resolved itself. Other than that, everything was great. We stayed there with our kids, and the neighborhood was nice, quiet, and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this place to others. 👍”

“Excellent place to stay, located in a quiet area. Although the building doesn’t have a gym, there’s a Smart Fit a 10-minute walk away, which was very useful. The apartment was super clean and Frank replied quickly every time I had a question. Highly recommended place, I will definitely come back.”
“Perfect Laureles Base — Everything We Needed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frank’s apartment was absolutely wonderful and the perfect home base for our family of six exploring Medellín! The space itself exceeded our expectations. Three excellent bathrooms meant no morning rush (crucial with six people!), and everyone slept incredibly well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped and made preparing meals easy. But our favorite feature? What truly made our stay exceptional was Frank and his amazing team. Angie, Juan, Luz, and Laura were phenomenally responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every question was answered promptly, every request handled with genuine care. Their warmth made us feel like welcomed friends, not just guests.
