“Great stay in a nice, private, and safe neighborhood in Laureles. There are a few steps to enter the building, but the apartment is accessible by elevator. There is also only one a/c unit in the bedroom. In order to cool the rest of the apartment the bedroom door had to be open, which worked for us. A fan is provided in the living room. This apartment had great amenities with responsive and friendly hosts. They were very accommodating to us traveling with a baby. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Medellin!”

If i had an issue, they would have someone on it the same day or the next day which was fine because i was traveling around visiting other publitos.
