“Book this now! I've stayed in quite a number of Airbnb's, and this ranks as one of the very best. From the handwritten welcome note, snacks, water, the comfort of the A/C, the fantastic laundry machines, security cameras, the comfortable bed, great shower with multiple sprays, modern lighting, full size fridge, Frank's team was always responsive, asking if I needed anything. It makes such a difference to have such helpful and attentive hosts. They even let me store my bags on checkout day. Had the pleasure of meeting Juan Alejandro, who was just as nice in person as their communication online. Honestly, if you have the chance to stay here, do it! I'll be back!”

“The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedroom plus the sofa bed are super comfortable! It felt like being at home! Less than four blocks away there are many restaurants at Laureles Park—honestly, highly recommended!”
“Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication with the host was clear, efficient, and very responsive to each of my questions, which was truly appreciated. The accommodation was impeccably clean, functional, and exactly as described, with photos true to reality. The building is secure, with a locked entrance and camera surveillance at access points, which made me feel safe throughout the stay. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to mention. I recommend without hesitation and would happily stay again at Frank’s and his team’s properties.”

“Frank’s place was incredibly cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly, making the experience even more welcoming. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a nifty espresso machine—perfect for coffee lovers. As someone who telecommutes, I especially appreciated the blazing-fast WiFi and external monitor, which made working from there a breeze. Located in a vibrant area full of great restaurants and cafes, it’s perfectly walkable and close to all the best spots in Laureles.”
“The place is like the photos—a nice apartment. The hosts were always attentive. I had an issue with a curtain, but they fixed it the next day. It has a washer and dryer. There’s a mini market to buy what you need. The only downside is that during my stay they were doing building repairs and started early. Other than that, everything was fine.”
