“I stayed 2 weeks in 2 units of Franks in this building. Both exactly as advertised, both premium units in a great location about 2 to 4 blocks off the noisy nearby commercial main drags (perfect in my opinion). What is truly exceptional is the team that manages these properties... you will get a professional and helpful response within 10 minutes of any inquiry. Great places. I will try to book one of his properties again.”

“This place is lovely! When I walked in I knew it would be hard for me to leave and I entertained the thought of staying longer. I sent a message to the host and they promptly were able to accommodate my wish, but I got a little ahead of myself and my wife reminded me that we couldn’t extend our trip. What a shame! But I regrettably declined the host welcoming extension, which is a reflection of their class! When I come back to Medellin this will be the first place I check and see is available!”

“Si pudiera darle 1000 de 1000 se lo diera. Los anfitriones fueron muy pero que muy atentos, amables y con un trato fenomenal, el check-in fue rápido y excelente, el apartamento superó por mucho mis expectativas, mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa, ya que el apartamento estaba completo, impecable y muy hermoso. El detalle que nos dejaron en la mesa fue muy bienvenido y de verdad que la próxima vez que viaje de nuevo a Medellín, me gustaría volver a hospedarme en el apartamento de Frank, excelente!!!”

“Frank and team are great and reliable hosts. The apartment was spotless, secure, digital self-service entry made it easy to get in and out, and the parking garage with elevator make this a no-brainer booking. Location is central to restaurants and anything you might need, yet still residential and family-friendly. Bedrooms were spacious and well-equipped. ACs blew ice cold without any issues. Kitchen has everything you need. There’s a small disco/restaurant across the street, but don’t worry as they shut down by midnight and do not interfere with sleep. We would book again without hesitation!”

“It was a nice place and a good location. Not far from grocery store and other corner stores and restaurants . Was clean and same as shown in the pictures. I would stay there again.”
